What to Expect
Welcome
When you walk into First Naz, you can expect to be welcomed by smiling faces who are there to help you find your way to the coffee station, the family check-in area, or the Sanctuary for service! Those who are new have said in their own words, “We love how much this place feels like a family and we felt at home from our very first Sunday!”
Worship
Our worship points you to Jesus, is engaging, and welcoming. With contemporary music, prayer, and moments of reflection, we create a space where everyone can connect with God and grow in faith.
A Message
Each week we hear a message together that helps us to know who God is and how we should respond. The teaching style is warm and relatable, straight from the Bible, and helps us know how to live out our faith in everyday life.
For Kids
Naz Kids programming is available during both services for infants through 5th grade. When you arrive, our team will walk you through check-in and make sure your child is comfortable before you head into the service.
For Students
Middle schoolers meet upstairs in our student ministry space (The Loft) during second service, from 10:15 to 11:30 AM. They get a message geared to their age and time for discussion (and sometimes even pancakes!). High schoolers worship with us in the Sanctuary during our main services.
FAQ
Where do I go when I get here?
We have three main entrances, and they all lead to the Lobby. Greeters will make sure you find your way to the coffee and the Sanctuary.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual on a Sunday morning.
How long is the service?
Each service lasts about 70 minutes.
Do I need to know anything about the Bible?
You’re welcome here whether you’ve been a believer for years or are just curious about faith. Our teaching is designed to be accessible no matter where you are.
Never been to church before?
That’s okay! We believe our services are a great place to bring your biggest questions like, “Is there a God?” “Why am I here?” “How do I find purpose?” and more. As you come in, you’ll be warmly welcomed and our team and community are here to help you feel at home.
Visiting for the first time?
We can’t wait to meet you. If you’d like, let us know you’re coming so we can greet you by name and answer your questions. (Totally optional. You’re also welcome to just show up!)
